almost 40, here’s how i’m leveling up

mindset reset:
i’m turning 40 in january and the peace that comes from time here and having the privilege to make mistakes and be deeply known in all our humanness and imperfectness, though all our weird beta versions is really sweet. in preparation of the milestone i’ve felt called to dial it up a notch, in the last year especially.
physically, i’ve wanted to feel really strong (and hot ngl) and nervous system wise i’ve been taking extra steps to down-regulate. building a life that feels aligned and honest is something i feel like i’ve had to crawl my way through and my next challenge is figuring out how to savor it in real time, by focusing on the things i actually have control of. but regardless of age or milestone, i feel like the end of summer is a nice time to take stock in what you want and the little steps to go and freaking get it. why not right? :)
