for the past 14 years, my clients have been making outrageously cute meals that taste delicious, balance blood sugar, and keep them feeling satiated so they can do their thing. most of us don’t have time to spend fussing to prep every meal, so i’m sharing the REAL meals - some are quickies that might only take 5 min to assemble, and others are a bit more involved (in a fun way, nothing crazy!). when food looks (and tastes) amazing, is easy to make, and feels exciting, it’s easier to show up for yourself and take good care! plus also, i get it, the visuals just really help (they help me too)!!
i’ll be updating this weekly with all of the client inspo from each week’s letter and probably throw in some extra for fun :)
