sometimes there are themes and throughlines and common threads amongst my clients throughout the week and i find it comforting because i’m often feeling it too right alongside them, and that was the case this week. what most people have been craving lately is a little push from me. a reminder to keep going and keep pushing and grooving on.

in my own waiting room between clients feeling really grateful to do this and also that side parts are acceptable again

the integration back to life and work and school before the holidays can feel a little melty and stressy and if we are being super real (especially here in LA) a tiny bit phoned in. i get itttt and trust me, i feel it too. this time of year always comes super fast and furious, wrapping up work before we power down for the year, 5 million super adorable but oddly timed school events and holiday parties, trying to make the holidays magical while dealing with all the stuff we normally deal with. it’s also a bit too early for it to feel full blown magical holiday vibes (although i have been blasting the home alone 2 soundtrack, and i think it’s working?)

ordered this goop custom (caesar, add chicken and jammy egg) at literally 10a the monday after tg to put a lil pep in my step

today’s letter is a cheat sheet list of a bunch of the recs i chatted about with clients this week for feeling even better and extra sparkly around this time, and conjure up the freaking will and the vibes to push through even if your plate is feeling a bit maxxed out (if so you’re in good company!)
