the stuff (down to the nonspon brand deets) i actually buy every week, how i incorporate in my meals and snacks, a really good version of a homemade twix bar etc. etc. etc.
here’s what i’m covering in today’s letter in case you’re short on time :)
- my masterlist of the dry goods/specialty stuff i keep on hand every week
- how i incorporate in my meals and snacks
- what to look for on labels & my nonspon take on the best brands, and the stuff i’m not brand loyal to at all, etc etc etc
- three truly gorgineee recipes for the vault including a really good take on the twix bar
mindset reset:
hiii! i just got back from a school camping trip (don’t worry, my silk pillowcase came with!) and before i left was thinking about my desert island musts, the things i truly could not live without and it got me thinking that’s what people actually want…the food i actually buy every week for my home…so i’m giving you the full rundown on my master list.
here are the dry goods and specialty stuff i keep on hand, my fav tasting low sugar tomato sauce, the potato chips i live for and how i incorporate in a blood sugar balanced way (very important camping pack), the bone broth i live for that tastes like i simmered for 18 hrs (that also made the trip!), the bips and bops i add to salads and stir frys and tuna and beyonddd. heck you can even print it (if you have a printer lol mine is in my closet somewhere w/o ink!)...and if you like it i can do the part II full fridge rundown, in the next couple weeks with everything else. keep telling me what you like, i’m always listening and very into making this exactlyyyy what you want and need!
