here’s what i’m covering in today’s letter in case you’re short on time :)

- my masterlist of everything i have in my fridge and keep on hand every week

- how i incorporate in my meals and snacks with recipe details

- the tip i use to prep and portion cheese so i don’t end up eating an entire block in one sitting

- my nonspon take on the best brands, and the stuff i’m not brand loyal to at all, etc etc etc

mindset reset:

i really like the spirit of asking for what we want and need. as i approach 40 i realize so much peace and happiness comes from that kind of clarity and deeply hot communication meow. you asked for grocery list part deux and it brings me pleasure to deliver in great detail including the tip i use to prep and portion cheese so i don’t end up eating an entire block in one sitting (yes, i’m just like my clients, we are the same 🤘🏻). keep on asking for what you want and need (in all areas, but especially here!)
