mindset reset:
hair comes up a lot in my practice and in my texts and on my internets and it’s something i’m excited to break down in detail because i feel passionately abt taking good care of mine and the hairs of people i care about (you!!!)!
i will also say i was never a nail person and hadn’t focused on nails whatsoever but everything i do for my hair lifestyle-wise has also made my nails crazy healthy and weirdly long and now by accident i have these and now i totally get why nails are fun…so there’s that too.
