let’s face it, as of last week we are living in a post-bethenny runway walk world and based on my tiktok algorithm, it’s reignited the protein conversation in a way i really like and relate to.
just to catch you up if you’re not familiar: bethenny frankel walked the sports illustrated runway in miami last week in a number of swimsuits and she looked so $#%^ing GOOD. outrageously good. healthy and strong and confident and happy and just mega effing hot.
